What is the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal is a personal space where you can access your medical history, diagnostic tests, clinical reports, manage your medical appointments, and follow up without waiting or traveling.

This app is intended for patients of the Infanta Elena University Hospital.

The objective of this application is to bring closer and strengthen the patient-doctor relationship to provide a higher quality service.

The main functionalities include:

• Check scheduled appointments, being able to modify the date and time or even cancel if necessary
• Notifications and reminders of scheduled appointments
• Consult and complete any pending tasks that your doctor has scheduled for you, such as booking appointments online or filling out forms that will later be reviewed by your doctor
• Check your test results without needing to go to the medical center to fetch them. You can download and view the reports directly from your mobile device
• View diagnostic images
• Check your clinical reports and historical forms completed, with the ability to filter results by date or specialty, among others
• Direct communication with your doctor
• Health calculators and tools
